The new trainning program, Food Safety Program Optimization (FSPO), offers a new “how to” food safety management training approach designed to target risk reduction and provide tools to students to demonstrate risk-based diligence.

The program includes a variety of certificates with industry and sector-specific needs, including Bakery Brewery and Food Service. It offers a wide variety of courses, small classes, flexible hours and a state-of-the-art campus.  “This new program focuses on delivering hands-on training led by true industry professionals,” says Jeffrey Steen, Manager of Corporate Training at Niagara College. “We have a unique proposition for those seeking to take their careers to the next level in the fields of risk management, auditing and supply chains dealing with food, wine and beer.”
